Today I sent a text to a close group of friends explaining that things have been quite full for me lately, and then I asked them to “send happy energy spirit bears to give me encouraging nudges please. 🐻🐼😘”
Of course I was being a little goofy, but this image has been giving me a really good sense of comfort and peace this morning. I like the idea of God or the Spirit (or whatever name you choose to use) in the image of a bear giving gentle, but strong and steady nudges of encouragement. So I decided to draw it.
